I got switched to Geometry now, I feel a little bit better.

I'm drawing good things.

I feel very deflated with the fact that I probably won't have any birthday money left after a few weeks as I have things to pay off and register for. It's hardly a good feeling. Detour Reg, Daisho room, Daisho Reg, Wig, various cosplay expenses, gelly roll pens (FUCKING EXPENSIVE AS TITS), brown paper book, copic refills...

We all can't survive on 120 dollars anymore.

I'd only have about 20 bucks after all that. I'm not whining to anyone because it's no ones fault, but that's a fucking short leash.

I just need some cash for myself to enjoy, I feel like I throw too much money at events and then don't have a good enough time. Detour was a good waste of 60 dollars. NBC was not worth 80 for hotel.

Overall, I'm really sick of all this business and just need the week to end now, after all this. The weather is getting to me, and as the hours go by I know I'm going to be spending my birthday just like last one, face down in bed.

I don't need a good birthday. I need 364 good days. I need to get away from the snow. I need to sit for a long time in the corner and wish school away from me.

More over, school sucks without you and life in general is very hard.

I'm actually reading a lot of things lately. I have a good 3 books of Wallflower to finish, I read 2/3 of Clockwork Orange, which needs to go back to the library... I finished perks of being a wallflower which I couldn't truthfully enjoy after having read Catcher in the Rye, which is an older version of the same old stuff.

Apparently Northstar is gay and dies of Mutant AIDS or something...

Today was shit.

I started a new print and fucked it up, wasting half a bottle of Ink and 2 hours of my time.

I had a headache the majority of the day.

My computer has a virus that is fucking with my internet drive so I can't get online with it until I either reinstall or wipe my fucking laptop.

I've come to the conclusion I pretty much won't be able to do Gino until I have money again, thus pretty much fucking over my friends.

So I requested a Jeremiah Layout in June or July from nabichansaotome At toledan_night ...

For those of whom who don't know of her, she's amazing. She's made pretty much every single layout I have and does great work. She finished them today! I'm so happy!

With this new feel of Jeremiah staring at me on my blog, maybe I'll update this whore more often.

I got Speed Racer on Friday and I've watched it a good three times since, I also got new multiliners, a couple new copics, and the next hide for my Mozes project.

Kohai told me should would finish my Axel wig by Wednesday or Thursday so I can wear it at SGMS, maybe with a Namine. I think most of the time I'll be either in Kaito or not cosplaying though. Depending on whether Or not I can fit a scythe in the car, I'll bring Nnoi, but If Not, I'll just dick off in Wonderwice. It's nice having 4 or 5 costumes done, so I have fall backs.

I started my Jeremiah Print, I don't like it, but I'll be getting copies of it along with some Halloween cheap makeup for me and Andrea. I need Axel lines, she needs a nell face-blotch.

As far as a portfolio goes, I think I'm set. I might whip a few more things out and I should be fine.

Bohemia is also doing a community art sale for Dia de los Muertos. I might make something and sell it for a few bucks.

Code Geass.... Really.

Kanon's gay headlock did me in, as did most of the people on /a/ who proceded to write a novel of gay...

In 1997, Power Zone was dropped for a new block of similar interest called Toonami, taking from the word (Tsunami, or tidal wave) It would carry many of the same shows Power zone showed, but in addition would add popular dubbed anime to attract kids and teenagers to the television. Unlike any other program block of it's time, Toonami came with a robot mascot named TOM who was more popular then the former Moltar, which carried the role of opening and closing toonami as a proper host and talking during commercial breaks. In later years, TOM got his own series of mini movies depicting his role in space conquest and personal stories. But aside from being a unique host with an attitude, many of his shorts included clips from the program block talking about all sorts of topics, such as Heroism, villians, women, and ideas in fiction.

Backed up by teen idols, up and coming athletes and stars, there was also a unique soundtrack to toonami that had never approached television. The audience grew around the new shows and TOM's role as host, giving television a whole new definition.

Over the years, TOM was sacked for later models of the same being and voice, better robotic frames that agreed with the Toonami ideal of better, efficient, evolution. It dug out the old cartoon way of stale stories, repeating themes, and the "Everything's fine at the end of 20 minutes" ideal. The continuing saga from toonami did little to kill it's viewers imagination, but in fact, encourage it.

Some of Toonami's programming became evident to be less then child appropriate as the years went on and required to be filtered. Because of this, Toonami was bumped off of Weekday nights and moved to Saturday's instead. On this same ideal, an even bigger programming block was formed under toonami's wing. In the early 2000's, a new block called "Adult swim" came to fruition, using the same stylistic music and television combination with dark anime shows that began late at night. Rather then keeping with a figure like TOM however, Adult swim had no host, but stylistic text with plain black and white font between "bumps" that did everything from announcing the schedule to answering viewer mail.

Adultswim's less strict censoring allowed for the program block to expand away from anime to draw in an adult crowd less interested in anime, but american comedy. Thus, Home movies, Aqua Teen Hungerforce, Space Ghost: Coast to Coast, and Sealab 2021 became popular shorts only shown on Adult Swim, pushing Anime to later in the night.

Toonami's horizons were dimmer with the announcement of yet another program block called Miguzi. A block for american action shows with a strong Anime undertone, such as Teen Titans, Totally Spies, and Code Lyoko. It ran many shows and lineups of anime specials such as IGPX (Immortal Grand Prix) and Giant Robot Week, and month of Miyazaki.

As Toonami's audience aged, and new viewers took the scene, More and more shows were bumped to the lineup such as Megas XLR, Samurai Jack, and Justice League, and in later years, gave way to Naruto, One Piece, and Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

The most recent TOM has taken a strong turn from the original TOM that showed in 2000. Originally voiced by Sonny Strait, the voice is now voiced by Steve Blum and the trademark visor and design have been traded for other characters and a new look and face to stay in tune with newer viewers.

The evolutionary 4th look of Toonami also brought in a broader eye toward popular culture and reviews. Toonami regularly has game reviews out for gamers, including previews and tips for anyone interested. Similar to Adultswim's friday fix lineup, Toonami also launched Toonami jetstream for viewers to stream toonami shows online at their leisure. Toonami Jetstream also included many shows no longer airing on the latest Toonami lineups.

Despite original fan's varying attitudes about the course of the programming, Toonami revolutionized how cartoon's were presented. It was one of the first programming blocks with a large variety of anime shows, and many other channel's have caught onto the trend, such as WB and the Scifi channel.

But after 11 years on Cartoon Network, Toonami is to be canceled, September 20th 2008. It's shows are expected to be either brought into Adultswim or dropped.

I had fun today, despite the fact right now I feel like my insides are mostly fish swill they use to bait sharks. This is happening a lot now and I have no idea what it is. Food Poisoning doesn't last this long. Not that I've eaten raw fish or sour milk.

My legs and arms are really weak and I'm dizzy to the point that went I yawn I see spots... fuck.

I got to put a shit ton of sempai's movies/TV shows on my ipod. At least 15 GB of straight Anime and various other shit. Got like... V for Vendetta and Emperor's New groove... fucking Batman Begins. Nyaaaaaah.

Ok, this movie was probably the biggest piece of shit ever created, but I loved it so goddamn much it barely matters. I hate george lucas to death now, but it's stupidity made me laugh.

I watched cloverfield. That movie was interestingly awful. Interesting in the new look. Tons of plotholes, bad story set up. Boredom. Etc... it was a waste of time. You could get more satisfaction out of playing half life, it's basically the same thing. Head crabs and crowbars. Headcrabs and crowbars...

I'm also very dizzy and disoriented from watching it. I can barely take long car rides. 10+ minutes of aefkj;dsfaijsdafksfd gets on my nerves.

Rewatched The Ring for the thousandth time too. I missed that movie. It gives me so much hope in life. Aside from the fact that I'm the product of Pokemon, Wraiths, and Jedi's, I think it's safe to say donnie darko and Samara fucked and had me too. Except I like horses. I don't kill them.

Tomorrow means I finish off shopping for all this bullshit. I'm getting my hair cut, some necessary socks and underwear, and probably some new copic markers. Fuck it, lets go with some prisma's too. I've spent more then 100 dollars over my time drawing on just black copics, I'm really sick of it too. Because the moment they just start to run out, they get so light when they need to be black as hell. So my shit turns unmixed and gray. I hate it.

I think I'm also going to pick up some different gray's too. More Warm gray, Gray is forever my favorite copic to work with. Bitches don't even know.

I finished up daycamp today, Monday I go in for cleaning the place up and then I'm done. Tuesday and Thursday I got daycare and then next next Wednesday is school.

Basically.

I got a con/ference next month. At least I have that to look foreword to. I've been in a dull state of mind since North.

I heard Kakkoi just fucking bombed by the way. I'm really glad I didn't go, as it's run by the same people who run Sogen~~Shitfuck~~con. Jenna went, and she said it was awful; not enough staff, unorganized, no one checking badges.

Club has mentioned Anime Iowa as a trip. I am very bubbly with this idea. MUST SEE SPENCER AGAIN.

TJ got a Deviantart. He put up some stuff and said Hi and everything. And I was just complaining to Kichi about how he promised to make one.

I have no motivation to do anything right now. None. I got myself some 2nd degree burns with exploding shaving wax so my index and middle finger on my right hand and they are both red and raw while the skin continues to pus and fall off. Typing this hurts. Bad.

So I can't draw, I can barely write, I hate everything. My hand throbs and is trying to heal while hair is getting in it.

So I'm picking up another job through the YWCA. I'm going to be working at the spirit valley child center and watching kids for three hours some nights. Not only is it about the same pay as the job I have now, but I'll probably be able to do it during the school year. Despite my smash babies attitude after a hard days work at grant... we'll see how this flies. If not so hot, I can always try a regular job at Dragon Port stocking manga.

Much more peaceful.

Friday after work I'm shipping out to the cities with Mom and Ryan and going to Sondra's for her grad party, from then I will try to court Sheree into taking me to Anime Expo next year. Day after, me and George are going to hit up the star wars exhibit and maybe I can court him into seeing the movie with me while we're in the neighborhood. Afterwords we'll be going up to the mall of america to do some school shopping... clothes... Ikea... yay.

Mom basically said "Find some stores that have clothes you like, then we'll search around."\

Designer clothes? Mayhaps. So long as we can afford them... awesome.

Mom also asked me if I wanted to volunteer at a motorcycle rally for breast cancer. Learn about bikes. Lets. It's the weekend before SG&MS, so I'll be busy...

I get my last pay for Daycamp soon and I'll be letting it go fast. Not only did a find ANOTHER Jeremiah phone charm, but I located a seller that is selling his voice doll. He/She is pretty cool and noted that they would be letting some Gurren stuff out to be sold soon too...

I like nice people. And their things.

Going to order this beast for a good 100 dollars. A little too premade looking, but I can alter it. I'll get the wig shortly after and Geassplay will be finished.
